^ best rotation mathematically. It's complex but lands the best available buffing. Intersperse it with Resolution, Conviction, and EoB as necessary, the awesome thing is that it's ok to interrupt the rotation a little and that it doesn't throw much of it off
Sharads rotations are great if you can follow them and follow what's going on in a fight.
Generally use Potency and battle memory to double up on either Dance of War, Surety of death and celebration of skill to get the longest/biggest buffs (although I like to use Safeguard then Celebration for the extra heal).
Have fun!
Curiously, the evolution of the internet seems inversely proportional to the evolution of man.

Danno, I'm working on a rotation that squeezes Conviction, Resolution, Safeguard, AND CoS in for a very decent and raid-friendly HoT, but it would definitely make the buffing inefficient. I think I'd keep the system as it is and throw the extra heals in whenever necessary.
Also, Wad, I suggest using CombatAnalysis' amazing TPS tool (yellow screen, the fluctuating number for the current encounter). When TPS gets REALLY bad, start pumping out those heals.
