Thread: Add to AH filter "filter out recipes you already know".

I have so many characters that often search AH for recipes they need, and sometimes there are many pages of recipes. It is hard on my eyes to distinguish between recipes already-known, and ones unknown. That thin red border around already-known is not easy enough for me to see.

It would be immensely easier and faster to find new items if we could filter out all recipes already-known.

Is it possible this could be done in the future update?

And please add this filter to the recipe vendors, especially the Guild ones. Dear lord it is hard to scan through hundreds of legendary item recipes looking for that one you don't know yet.

One of the sort filters is "Useable". This will list all the recipes you don't know first.

But only page by page. If there are multiple pages, you will still need to look at each one.

it doesn't eliminate non-usable from the pages? sort by usable...i wish it was filter out non-usable.

Sort by Usable will sort out what is usable by that toon doing the search, it doesn't select for recipes that you want to buy for alts. So, it's not a "look across my alts or account" type search.

And as has been mentioned each page has it's only mini-sort (dunno what else to call it) and you have to click each page to see if anything has floated to the top.

Selecting by tier can help some too so you're not looking thru everything. (eg cooking tier 3).
