Not totally sure, but I think the OP might possibly be suggesting a new class, playable by hobbits, inspired by that minor character (I forget his name) referred to in the appendix of LOTR who was, I think, the hobbit descendant of Sam and Rosie who kept the Red Book of Westmarch in the Tower Hills.

Elfstan isn't born yet, how do you make a class inspired by him? (And I am not sure how much freedom Turbine has when it comes to Appendices)
