Thread: Question - Does finesse help in solo skirmishes?

Please forgive me if this has already been discussed but I couldn't find it by searching. I play solo most of the time and I notice that my champ has gobs of finesse. I do skirmish occassionally. Does finesse help with that? I remember reading that you didn't really need it on the landscape so skirmishing is about the only thing I do that I think I might need it for. Appreciate your input. Thanks!

Finesse helps you defeat any opponent any where. There is the possibility that you could load up so much Finesse that you cap your combat abilities against a specific target --> I do not know if it really possible even if you are fighting mobs 10 or more levels below your character level. Our over level bonuses stop once we are at +10 levels.

With 5.2k-ish Finesse, I'm getting 0.5% or less (usually more like 0.2%) avoids, and those are always partials, against on-level mobs. Zero full avoids. So, if you're looking at which personal traits to get for a champ for skirms, I'd get physical mastery, crit and armor penetration as you can easily get enough finesse from gear to essentially completely negate mob avoids in a skirmish setting.
