New 75 Warden LF Info where to begin getting gear.

My warden is newly 75 within the last week or 2. I have always used gear from quests because I didnt c the point in investing in crafted gear b4 Im 75. Anyways to get my warden geared what is the best strategy going crafted or instances? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

For armor I would suggest getting Draigoch set by doing either skirm raids or Isengard 3 mans/Foundry save your seals and use medallions once you have all the traded pieces go on the Draigoch raid to get the either the helm or shoulders and if you are lucky scales for a cloak.

Once you have the Draigoch set go on the tower raids to unlock the pieces of those sets there are 3 one for Tanking one for DPS and one that I don't remember. The other option at this point is to go to the moors and farm commendations until you get a set of the new moors armor sets nice complete skill bonuses and more balanced but not as good stats. And can someone tell me why they have an Agi primary stat armour set?

If you meant crafted armor not a clue since other then shield I never bother with the stuff.

Used to be our primary stat and not updated..
Welcome to the world where wardens burgs and hunters have the same dress designers.
Maybe we want to be hit less in the Moors than in the rest of the world.
    A bug.

    Pick one of the above.

Sure it was an important stat at one time long ago during Moria but come on its been years since then we already are the only class that really needs to have 2 decent stats and they take what otherwise would have been possibly the most useful of the armors and ruin it I would have prefered if they had made Will or Fate the primary stat at least I wouldnt run out of power as quickly then.

You arent going to last long in any raids or group content with scrubby quested gear. Believe me, I've tried They're going to want you to tank, if you're a Warden - especially in 3-mans - and you arent going to be very effective without top-end crafted/rep gear to start with.

What gear are you running with now? I'd start off with Dunland/GR rep gear and teal Dunlending jewellery (they dont require RHS so they're cheap), then try to get some RHS and get a good suit of GR/Theodred crit armor crafted.

Once you have that, then I think you can start looking towards upgrading with Draigoch/ToO gear if you want to raid - I'm not sure, I mostly just solo so gear isnt as important an issue

Also, you should be able to get a L75 SA javelin and spear/club crafted for a reasonable price, if you havent already. Wardens in Det can eat up T3 skirms, you can earn Marks pretty fast, and get your Worn Symbols and RHS that way if you need them, or via the AH of course - WSoC especially should be coming down a lot in price.

You can easily get a worn symbol through the last epic at 75, it's a short book - takes you maybe all of an hour, hour and a half to do it. If your client is as bad as mine, the TBDs you have to kill at TBD in the Brownlands (the first part of going to the different areas for the epics) are the message shouters in the big Easterling camp - you need to kill two of them.

There's some nice rep gear in the 73-75 range, and any remaining quest gear spots can be filled in with the crafted Great River stuff - plus some of the crafted jewellry is quite nice, especially if you mix it with the rep jewellry.

At that point you'll be fine for 3/6 man content and skiraids.

I would LOVE to get my agi back up to around 500 - it's hovering at 390 now, and if you use a javelin or JoDF to pull - miss the target and they don't even notice you're there. And you will miss. Frequently. 500 seems to be the break-point from informal testing, as well as checking out how champs are doing (my other fave class).

Unfortunately, as wardens we can't neglect either vitality or might, but if you can put an agi legacy or crafted relic on a weapon, it'd be a good idea.

I am a master westfold tailor however I have not gotten far enough to craft high end guild gear yet but am working on it. I hate to ask a stupid question but what is RHS?

Pretty much as others has said i did:

Get kindered with dunland and theodreds -easy achievable solo, for the jewellry they supply, many good pieced and the warden shield from theodreds is very good. Then do skirm raids for meddalions for the 4 piece dragon armour. Do isengard 3 mans too you should be ok atleast on t1. I collected enough seals to get me 2 pieced of orthanc purple set too, really helps imo.

If you know a kind jeweller have he/she make you 2 resolute earring of theodred, gives alot of vitality and morale, had mine until swapping for the new set from limlight.

Get your self to new region, get your self kindered with limlight heroes and the riders of stangard for their jewellry (and don't barter for martyr's bauble - i did just to discover that one of quests gives it as a reward) save tokens for ring and earrings, do RoF t1 3 times to get all eggs so you can upgrade once kindered.

as for weapons you will do fine with 3rd agers for a long time and as stated as a reward for completing epic in great river you get a worn cymbol of celebrimbor.

There are some nice jewellry drops from RoF too.

Re: New 75 Warden LF Info where to begin getting gear.

Instead of getting all crafted armour I would just aim for these three: Great River Boots of Resolve, Great River Pauldrons of Deflection and Great River Helmet of Resilience. To which you can add the Draigoch Chest+Gloves+Leggings as you build up enough medallions/seals.

If you can get in on a Draigoch run (ideally without having to tank it on your first visit) then that would be great as you'll have a chance to roll on the tokens required for the helm/shoulders (personally I would only go for the helm as I think the stats on the crafted shoulders are too good to pass up until you're in a position to get several pieces of the Thamen set from raiding in Orthanc) and you also get a Worn Symbol of Celebrimbor for completing the challenge deed there.
