Please expand the possibility of different creep builds
(Readers, show your support for this if you agree[make a reply]. After the 4 point list I simply go into detail, the gist of what I say is the 4 suggestions below)
My suggestion is this~
1. 10 corruption slots. (Make available 10 copies of the same corruption, morale aside.)
2. Double corruption magnitudes (morale excluded)
3. Introduce a VAST plethora of new corruptions. Perhaps avoidance corruptions, finesse corruptions, crit chance/magnitude increasers.
4. Offer SOME kind of equivalent of freep legacies in the way of allowing creeps to buff skills they desire to buff, and not forcing them to buff only certain skills. I.E. one R13 BA could have WAY different skill buffs on his skills than another R13 BA.
Developers, basically increase corruption slot maximum to 10, and allow them to unlock on a rank based gate system. Preferably at R7 you have all of the original 6, and by R15 all 10. Maybe 8/10 by R12, or something like this.
To go with the increased corruption slots you need to at least double the corruption magnitudes ASIDE from morale. Morale is just fine the way it is, but all the others lack very much compared to freep jewellery stats/legacies/legendary item stat inserts. Furthermore creep corruptions have not been scaled to freep equipment magnitude for quite a while.
A freep can equip 10 peices of different equipment and stack almost anything. Crit rate, crit magnitude, crit defense, physical mastery.... The list goes on quite a while, and you all know this.
Allow creeps to stack up to 10 of anything they want EXACTLY like the freeps can.
I think all these legacies and random little things here and there that the freeps have are what make the largest difference in the moors. Their "set bonuses" and "legacies" that improve nearly every important skill now, but yet have no counterpart on creepside frankly make me want to quit more than anything. Look developers, it feels to me as a player of the underprivileged side that you are simply saying to my face "those kids get goodies, but you do not".
Perhaps you could open some sort of trait line for creeps that works like this:
As you rank up, and get kb's, you may acheive "kb points" which at each rank mark may be redeemed for individual skill improvements such as damage increase, duration increase, cooldown decrease, effect magnitude.
As well, you could sell resets for these application of KB points in the store. More $$$$ for you.
How would you introduce this system you ask? why I'll answer that for you. The next time creeps with kb's and rank log in, they can simply distribute them in an "evil intents" panel. Intents = creep legacies? (I like that name, let me know what you think players.)
Perhaps make say, crippling bite 30% slow instead of 25% and last 35 seconds instead of 30 for 100 kb points, and it is a rank 5 minimum to unlock, and just maybe 1kb = 1/3rd of a kb point? Additionally for Defilers/Warleaders, maybe even Weavers~ You could offer proportionately lower kb point costs for "intents"? It wouldn't be hard to scale this as all creep classes typically earn relatively the same range of kb's among their own class type at each rank.
Look That system is only a suggestion, but the important part is offering a real choice (instead of static and forced selections of customizations/buffs/boosts) to individual skills of your desire JUST EXACTLY like freeps have. (maybe still use the name Evil intents, because I can personally see these new creep legacies being called intents lol)

I really do not think that we need to have more corruptions. We just need to be equal with freeps. No more morale than they have. So i think these are just unworthy things. Turbine can easily make creeps and freeps equal.

Turbine needs to bring PvP zone only alterations to freeps to that. Disable LI legacies, disable trait set bonuses, bring back stat caps (level x 10) etc. These would pretty much bring freeps back to SoA level, which is also creeps' level.
No, disabling all their tiny bonuses would make them quit playing the moors. It wouldn't be fun to play at lower power than their character can be in another zone for most people.

Only easymoders would quit, and that's a good thing imo. With uncapped stats, trait set bonuses and legacies on freepside, creeps will never be their equal. And how are these things tiny bonuses? All of these create freeps' insanely high dps.
TBH, I don't like the idea of more corruption slots (maybe 1 or 2, but no more). I'd say that a major boost to adding the possibilities of different play styles would be trait lines like freeps have. Have a set of traits give buffs if you stack them and have one line for dps, one for heals, ect.
