    Quick armour question please

I'm replacing my relentless fighter set. I currently have 2 delualagos (gloves and legs) and I was just up at ox-clan looking at the other stuff.

Stats tend to make my eyes cross...

So on the basis that I am straight dps and not tanking anything other than the 3 mans or Penrith, does 2 delualagos/4 ruithador make any kind of sense?

Please feel free to tell me I've lost the plot completely!

    I like 2 Ruithador 4 Delulagos, even dual wield, but that'd be a no-brainer with a 2H.

You won't get everybody to agree on what armour mix is the ideal set-up. Based on what your typical roles are and assuming we aren't including Moors pieces, you won't go wrong with a:

    4 Delualagos/2 Ruithador
    6 Delualagos
    5 Delualagos/Relentless Fight Boots

For what it's worth, I use the top set-up mainly for the extra finesse. Some people will probably also throw in a 5 Dulualagos/1 Othrod recommendation too.

I'm DW. So it's worth throwing in brutal often then for the seeking blades cd?

Edit: Yup no moores, and which Othrod?

5 of the single target dps set + the moors helm with the dev proc.

    Re: Quick armour question please

No, not really. I just sort of ignore that set bonus when I DW and enjoy the 102 might, 1068 finesse and 704 crit from wearing 2 Aoe/4 ST. The seeking CD is nice when I pull out the 2h for certain fights, but not so amazing that it has me using the 2H exclusively or anything.

If I was going to wear 5 ST/1 tank for general DPS purposes, I'd probably wear the Orthod gloves as they still have good offensive stats and a big chunk of morale.

You have to be rank 9 for that helmet though ( I have it, love it)

Rank restrictions on the Ettens armour have been removed with the Audacity update. 5 Delualagos/PVP helm is a VERY viable option now, especially for some major e-peening (if you're into it) when you're also using the fervour potions to get some insane dev crit numbers on your remorselesses

Ah I didn't realize they'd removed the rank requirements on the non-audacity 75 set

    4 Delualagos/2 Ruithador
Interesting. If you opt for this option, which pieces would you use?

Doesn't matter. The Ruithador and Delulagos sets have exactly the same stats on each individual piece. Only the set bonuses are different.

this sounds like a decent option for the moors (minus the epeening). I just don't like the stat hit on the new audacity set..especially when I don't have the dragon cloak or any of the high might jewelry pieces.
