Thread: won Lottery of Rhovanion Ended 03/28/2012 12:00PM EDT and no IXP coin recieved

As title, IXP coin linked to it didn't come in the mail, but had 5 flakes which wasn't in it.

i remember reading some where that the lottery is still classed as being beta so unfortunately any things you didn't get are lost, i could be wrong mind but i think this still is

Lotteries are considered BETA and are not supported by in game GMs, Tech Support, or Customer Service. Do not contact them as they will be unable to assist you with any lottery related issues. Items lost, misdirected or sent to ineligible characters cannot be replaced, restored, or moved to other characters.

As the section of this forum is Feedback, that is what I am giving. It isn't a game bug but account based issue which this is the only real method of reporting it.
