The lotteries seem to be running slower as the days go on - the lowest-level lottery for today opened for entries at about 12:50 AM EDT; the next-lowest opened at about 12:58 and the higher-levels were not yet open when i started this message. Prize award posting are later still, from what I saw Sunday. Underst6ood that this is all 'beta', but posting about it so Turbine is aware that it seems to be (a) continuing and (b) the delay seems to be increasing over time. No big deal...
Yeah, I noticed that too, and also last week my new alt's lvl was incorrect, but I think that's fixed for now. I will find out for sure in a little bit when I lvl her again.
