We had a few small group fights earlier and found worg at ta map in. So we said hello and discovered to our delight that worg had friends. And we had a nice little brawl. So later we found worg and assumed he was bait. But no one came - until Sylnt (spelling) who mapped in and it looked to us like he came out of worg when he did.
Worg next time bring friends . Your more fun when you have friends with you.
Place was overrun with rats when we moved in. The spearwives killed the nasty buggers. Now the place is overrun with spearwives. There’s days I want the rats back~Dolorous Edd
LOL actually there are some decent veg places- very good sushi at the atlantis. If you want something a little different you could try a basque restaurant.
And the mountains up here are the best back yard in the whole damn world.

Why Worg does this mean we aren't friends? Worg if I thought you weren't my friend I don't think I could bear it.
We just want you to come play more.
Renos friggin cold in the winter all though this winter was very mild for the most part. I actually live a ways outside of town. Had my first experience with chain control and no four wheel drive in Donner Pass on st pattys day weekend. I miss the four by but not the gas. Easier to pack kids in something besides a pick up truck anyway.

Actually the Donner Party failed largely due to poor leadership. They started west far too late in the season and wound up trapped in the high sierras. Mostly it was the children who survived and made it out. The party actually broke up into several small groups. "Donner Camp" is a picnic area near Prosser lake. They actually have a trail around the picnic area describing the ordeal. There was also a site near Donner Lake as well- that one is actually a state park.
Not far to the south, John C. Fremont and the people with them endured a similar ordeal. They were running out of food late in the year and struck out across the Sierras. Fremont's group lost all their horses but I believe all the people with him survived crossing the Sierras. It pays to have a Kit Carson in your party.
A couple of years ago I heard a story on NPR about an author writing about Tamsen Donner. If anyone is interested a link is below. Not a fan of the fresh air program myself but it is occasionally interesting. I've wanted to read both books for sometime but haven't gotten around to it.
