    Screw up with billing

I purchased RoI today with my credit card and reactivated my VIP account for 3 months at $9.99 a month, but I was charged $15 instead of the $30ish I was supposed to be charged and it says my next billing cycle will be at the $30. This is BS and I want to know how to get this fixed so I'm not paying for a single month at $15 and then $30 for 3 months next bill cycle.

    Re: Screw up with billing

When is your next billing date?

When you start or change subscribing, the new payment level will kick in when your current paid for time expires.

If you next billing date is in 1 month, it sounds as if you somehow managed to perform 2 transaction, one at $15 and then another at $30.

If it is less (or more) than a month, then you must have already had a subscription in place.

If the former case is true, you will need to either call Turbine (quickest approach) or raise an Account Support ticket.

You need to call Turbine. Or submit a ticket to account support. They cannot help you forums.

I think this situation is fairly common. I believe you have to change the plan first. It is not the most user friendly system I have dealt with. The good news that Turbine has very nice, competent and efficient people in the account management department.
