As of yesterday -
US servers are updated and continue to be updated.
EU servers picked up an update yesterday but nothing since.
As of today, the US leaderboards, at least, haven't updated in over a week.
This seems to be a recurring problem. They work for a while and are updated at least daily, or they don't work for weeks at a time and don't get updated at all.

Can we please get a fix?
We been having this issue off and on since sometime in first quarter of 2011 that I know of. There are periods when the data exports work better.
Update 6 launched with all kinds of server performance issues. It would not surprise if some of the exports to the web servers shut down or were turned off in an attempt to improve game play. Turbine turned all the exports off back when the EU migration began in order to reduce the strain on the entire system.
