The Guardians of Middle Earth (aka the Gnomes) is looking for fellow mature players who are in for a bit of fun!
We are a EU kinship on the Evernight server with people from all around.. we try to organize instance runs or raids on a weekly schedule for those interested in group content. We've been getting some new members lately but we're still looking for more members to join us in our adventures.
Most of us are from around Europe but we are open for everyone, we have a few american players already so everyone is welcome as long as you think you fit in..
We're a social minded kin and help out wherever help is required..
We love to chat on our Teamspeak 3 server while questing or doing a group instance. We're not competitive raiders and have not yet completed all raids in the game but we try to have a laugh and have fun together..
We like taking the piss out of each other in a mature but fun way so you shouldn't be thinking to serious when joining up with us..
A lot of members also play other games like Guild Wars 2, Planetside 2, SW:TOR, Battlefield to name a few.. Therefor we've joined the gaming guild XSGamers as their Lotro MMO. Read more about XSGamers
Recently the Planetside 2 part of XSGamers has boosted numbers with our NC clan "S.A.S" aka "Smurf Assault Squad". The game isn't even out of Beta and already we have gained over 20 members..
Back to Lotro again..
We have no real preference in classes, experience or levels.. everyone is welcome as long as you think you'd fit in with the above described bunch of noobs.. Though as most of our members are between 25-50, we do feel you should be over 18 years to join.. XSGamers has also set this as a ground rule and as part of them we're bound to that as well..
Though we're accepting all classes we do have a little shortage of burglars.. they seem to have HIPSED and now we're struggling to get 2 each week for a Draigoch run..
Since 1 Draigoch run per week is going superb we want to try and organize a 2nd run each week.. but we're lacking members with multiple level 75's atm.. we're missing about 4 people to complete the 2nd group.
If you think about gaming as it being fun and making mistakes is all part of that fun, if you have those times where 24 hours in a day is fine and all but not enough to do all the things you want to, if the family is just not willing to admit you need some time as well and all of this keeps you from logging in on a regular base.. well that's about 50% of our kinship so you'll probably fit in.. we don't expect people to attend 1 raid each week.. we just hope people will have fun in what they do.
This does mean we need a larger memberbase to be able to organize regular 12 man raids but the more the merrier we think..

Special point of notice: We will be actively recruiting this weekend around the different major quest hubs.. look for us in the OOC channel when you go on adventure in Middle Earth!
