Haven't played in over a year and starting fresh with a RK. Only at level 20 and read the stickies but still have questions. From a purely soloing/questing perspective:

1) Best virtues?
2) Best trait setup?
3) Stats to concentrate on?
4) Basic rotation?
5) Does your Runestone make a difference in dps?
