Thread: Thinglad Quest Deed.

I seem to have either missed the pre-requisite vector quest to Thinglad, or made myself ineligible for it, as the only quest that I have been able to complete that contributed to the region's quest deed has been the drop from Foul-maw. I've finished the quest deeds and the epic line in each of the other new regions, but haven't seen any further gold rings available for Thinglad. Has anyone else run into this situation?

I had the same issue, but I believe I found the starter for the Thinglad chain. At 19.0S, 62.9W you can find an elf named Noriel who starts off a series of quests that hopefully should open more to come soon.

The epic chain starts/continues with Grimbold. Did you try that?

That was it for me too, thanks. I think I must have been diverted by the initial epic quest and missed this NPC the first time around.

I was wondering why I kept hearing the contagious disease sound when I was around this area before. Speaking of "Bad Smell Air," surely it must be a Silent Library reference?

Be sure to kill the deer (Oldbuck?) across from the first Rohan encampment near the Elven outpost. He drops a quest item.

There are several pick-up quests throughout the zone; if you see anything id'ed with a yellow label, click on it. Also, kill any critters with a larger-than-normal morale pool.
