Are you familiar with the existence of Rune-keepers and Minstrels? None of their stuff can be BPE-ed. And yours is a silly argument...an outrageously powerful skill isn't outrageously powerful vs one class...so that class is broken. The only parallel to TNG on Creepside is Moving Target and it isn't nearly as good because Freeps have more classes and skills that have means to bypass BPE.
The majority of Freep classes fundamentally beat a Warg, Shadow or Flayer. If you're losing vs Wargs as a Mins, RK, Champ, Burg, etc...learn to play.

I've seen enough duels between Wargs and Freeps (nearly 90% of the MPs in Duels are Wargs - not without a reason) and a good Warg playing in Flayer kills ALL freeps axcept a Blue-Skilled Warden or a Self-Healing Mini...
and a Shadow-Warg ist by far the strongest MP-Class against Medium Armour (except Wardens which couln't be killed 1vs1 with Self-Heal)...

I only play Burg in moors and look at others playing - with my burg i kill every mp neither using a cd-skill (not even aim) nor stun
but atm I only win 10/20% of Duels against good Wargs in Shadow - Flayer is impossible wihtout stunning or aim...
there are shurely better burgs for dueling than me - but I think I'm good enough to rate the actual balancing...

After getting very geared out on my LM, any warg on my server is a piece of cake in a 1v1 now (win with 30-50% morale without using tar, consumables, or cds). Wargs are fairly balanced in their current state. What makes them seem so overpowered is that everyone, their mom, their dad, and their sister has rolled one, so it is by far the most abundant creep class. More wargs (and a lot of them) is not a good thing. We don't need more stealth cowards running around the moors in a pack being able to choose their fights and run away from them at ease. That ruins solo/small group/group pvp (doesn't affect raids much).
A few wargs/burgs is not a bad thing because it adds the element of surprise to the moors. But when there are so many out there, you have to expect that some are going to show up to every bit of action and make or break it. I honestly don't have a problem with wargs. I have a problem with the majority of their playstyles and how many there are. I don't have fun seeing 10 wargs pop out of nowhere, kill me or another freep before anybody can react, and then every one of them hips/sprints away for 5-10 min before repeating their cowardly cycle (which happened all night last night). And on the other hand, I don't have fun fighting things on my reaver just to have a bunch of wargs come in and steal my kill.

If wargs should be able to punch through 75% evade chance without any sort of cooldowns, shouldn't hunters be given a bonus to precision stance that allows them to penetrate through BA's moving target without any type of cooldown? Hunters break through MT? rofl, no.
Moving target is useless, only effective against hunters. 1 class out of 9. Sure we get 50% against melee classes, but we dont get to sprint off like guardians so freeps can follow us just fine. Blackarrows doesnt need anything more negative, Revenge got nerfed, our two Vital Targets disappeared quick...
