I was going to post pics, but there are so many that mine will just be lost in the crowd. Instead:
Pippin: I didn't think it would end this way.
Gandalf: End? No, the journey doesn't end here. Death is just another path... One that we all must take. The grey rain curtain of this world rolls back, and all turns to silver glass. And then you see it.
Pippin: What, Gandalf? See what?
Gandalf: White shores... And beyond. A far green country, under a swift sunrise.
Pippin: Well... That isn't so bad.
Gandalf: No. No, it isn't.
Rest in peace Nidor.

Awesome memorial guys, it's amazing that so many people of both sides can gather and be respectful and fun, Brandy is an awesome server. Sometimes we are over-dramatic and troll, but hey what I saw tonight was everyone zerger, troller, nice man down the street all come together for mutual respect of one cool dude. RIP Nidor and I'm sure what you all did tonight made his family proud.

What an exceptional community. I truly hope each and every one of you enjoys only the greatest success in all your endeavors. You might engage in simple drama and such but in the end you have enriched my own life and really, by being who are, have honored Bruce Rosenburg in the finest fashion imaginable. Thanks guys, you make me proud to have been involved with this game.
Truly epic moment in all of LOTRO history. I'm shocked that a forum mod won't respond to this in any way.
Really wish that I were there, but this is some solace for me when I've experienced loss in the past.

Marvel not at this: for the hour cometh, in which all that are in the tombs shall hear his voice,
and shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life.
Truly a classy showing from all of the BW community, my main regret in LOTRO is not playing on that server more and not being able to know Nidor.
Thanks for setting this up Evil. It was great to see the BW community come together to pay tribute to a founding member, and great fighter. In LOTRO and Life.
This was a beautiful gesture. LOTRO players are great and Brandywine is awesome. As a founder Nidor had a lot to do with the shaping of our great community and I thank him for that and for his courageous inspiration.
My apologies to Julie and Ella Rosenburg as well as the BW PvP Community for not being able to attend Nidor's Memorial Service last night. I tried to connect to Vent & LOTRO for two hours straight (6:15pm-8:15pm PST) but it was to no avail. My ISP was having some strange issues where I was able to connect to some websites & Vent servers but not others. When trying to load into LOTRO my client would freeze up at "Getting Data Centers" and then timeout. Really a shame that something like this had to happen on such an important night...
Again, my sincere apologies all T.T
Rhae | Veni Vidi Vici | Terminus Venatus Triumphus ============================ In Remembrance: Nidor of Brandywine (1970-2012)
I just checked in on the forums today, after a leave of sabbatical from the game for many moons now.
The day this event happened was one day after I moved from California to New York (Niagara Falls).
I would have been there had I known about it.
I watched the videos of your tribute to your friend, and was greatly moved. It is wonderful to see the caring ever present in the Lotro community which endures beyond the fighting and drama.
