if you have mediacom and your internet actually works with no problems, consider yourself extremely fortunate! cause if you ever do have any problems, like you internet going flaky at the worst time(like in a raid or other instance or even **** deep in very aggressive mobs)...THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!! their tech support people have a lot to learn about manners and empathy and if you tell them you're a gamer and everyone in your kin will know about your experience with them, they don't care, their jobs are secure why should they care that word of mouth among gamers could kill their business. in short if you have it and it works, consider yourself lucky. If it doesn't, well there's always dsl.
If they ever fix this thing and my craft info accurately displays, I think I 'm going to faint from the shock!
sounds a lot like some of the ATandT call centers.... Sometimes you get good help and sometimes you get someone who isn't too bright....
Then again when you live in the mountains you should count yourself lucky to get any high speed internet. Few more miles to the west and I would be on satellite. Some swear by it but sat has always sucked in my experience.
I usually do very well with Charter in the states.
Place was overrun with rats when we moved in. The spearwives killed the nasty buggers. Now the place is overrun with spearwives. There’s days I want the rats back~Dolorous Edd
I have DSL with ATT. They have been saying that they will get faster broadband out to where I live for the last 2 years. They keep using Sapience's trademark "soon". *sigh*
