Hey guys. I posted this question once before, and only got one reply so I'm reposting to see if anyone else can help me. See I first got LOTRO on a Windows XP, and could get songs from TheFatLute.com, and play them no problem. I saved them in my music file yadda, yadda, yadda. But about last year I got a really bad virus on my computer so we had to reboot the entire thing into a Windows 7. I got LOTRO, and everything went fine. Except that when I went to play my ABC Files. I couldn't. So I deleted, and remade the Music Folder in my LOTRO Directory, made sure I did everything right. Now I can't play the song because the file name doesn't exist. I made sure to spell it right. Even when I press /playlist all I get is: 'No ABC files found matching "*".' It's quite upsetting considering a lot of people on Landroval use ABC Files, yet somehow I cannot. Any, and all help would be appreciated. Please be descriptive in your answers, I'm no computer whiz but I know a few things. I just want to know if this can be fixed or if it's the Windows 7 acting up.
Yes my folder is in The Lord of the Rings Online folder in My Documents. I heard sometimes on Windows 7 you would have to delete, and remake a music folder. Which I did, but still nothing. I used the same method from the Fat Lute I had when it worked, but now it's like my computer doesn't even recognize I have any music files.
