I hate to say it but he's onto something here. I got both sets - unseen and pandemonium and neither seem to be doing what they describe. I have yet to see a bleed off KO or stacking and I've had a 5K hit on an NPC for SS but on creeps it's still never more than 3+ and occasionally only 1K.

Your is equip is poor. Did you know creeps are not npc?? Got to get some gear and then try again.
After 7.1 Pandemonium KO bonus still not fixed. I feel like I wasted a lot of commandation. Since KO bleed type is common, it's almost do no dmg. It's just mitigated. With still not working hips with spieders kid, that makes me really sad
Followup question; I've got 5 of the QK set and am starting in on a new 3-set bonus. With the KO bleed now being common dmg, would you recommend grabbing the Chance set for evade dmg bonus instead?
gloves, leggings, helm of chance and the rest of the mischief = perfect for a gambler burg, At least it's the PErfect COMBO, Qk if your going that way either way id say 3/3 gambler/qk but to say i'd suggest go 5 pieces of a certain set only if you truly know you going to be in combat long, 5 pieces of gambler = long fights with WL, Qk set 5 pieces only good if you can 1v1 really or suggestly rvr since if it's a go kill you doubtly will be able to tier the buff past 5%-10% unless it's an actually 1v1.. mischief set is honestly past 3 sets is for Raids, at least what i use it for.

ya they knew that TnG would become useless against wargs, so alot of burgs invested in the KO set only to have that nerfed as well, lol someone at turbine clearly has a grudge against burgs in pvmp

That's why my burg is a pve burg atm, until they can bring the fun back. With most if not all of our CDs being very underwhelming atm, it's stupid. I can hear it now. But you have hips and TnG and you can reset it twice! Yeah, ok, this definitely isn't SoM anymore.

Maybe it's just the contrast I'm experiencing between having 1 Audacity a month ago and 7 now, but I'm really enjoying it on my burg out there. I'm survivable and fights are longer, though I still get a ton of KB's. Had an epic 5v5 the other day that lasted over 10 minutes...a few deaths on each side and it ended. But it was fun while it lasted (read: creeps decided they didn't like an even fight.)
ok so what does the buff actually do? the wording is weird. does if give you a straight damage buff to all of your attacks, and can stack? or does it give you damage bonus to your skills, like bleeds, that can stack? I'ma confuzzled. and is that set buggy too, I'll just start buying unseen since it is so freaking op.
The stats are interesting (nowhere near what I wish they were though), but the cosmetic part looks too clothy. Needs to look more medium armourish, in my opinion.

Basilcally, every time you use SS you get a +5% devastate chance on skills. The buffs duration is 10 seconds and stacks up to 4 times, every hit tiers up 5% thus giving a maximum +20% devastate chance.
Couple of points of note,
This needs to be maintained as if you miss or don’t refresh the buff in time, your buff disappears, rather than tiering down
The buff only activates on hit so if you have FA active, SS has a 0.8 second (not sure that number is entirely guesstimated but used for explanation reasons)physical animation delay
Short of it. Make sure SS is always on CD and your have a juicy 20% devastate chance buff which is sweet !
