That was one bad*** spider right there. Also I loved the troll using a bloody Rohirrim shield as an armour piece.
One thing I really liked is that the various minizones don't seem to different to each other. Hopefully that means they will flow better than Enedwaith did(even though I love that zone as well).
And again, the spider. The camera was head over heels for it!
The Brown Lands, are they not across the River Anduin. Are we going across the river again? Maybe a little piece of them are in the new area. Can't wait.

QFT ! Turbine alienated alot of people with their theme park region cramming style with Mirkwood, Enedwaith, etc. Keeping a zone the same but mildy different is in fact the right way to go. There is no need to have every type of enemy, landscape, mountain range all crammed into an area.....just let it flow. It looks from what i saw in the videos that they did a good job with this.
Why are people constantly posting U6 related information in the RoR sub-forum? Surely the General sub-form would be more appropriate and you will likely get more discussion going?
have many U6 thread in Riders of Rohan Discussion, and in Update have some new rohan camps, towns, so its little part of the Rohan expansion. Also the Gate of Rohan is here!.
-The music is really atrocious. I'm not going to sugar-coat that -- everything since Moria that isn't Chance Thomas is really bad; it's really detrimental to the atmosphere. We need him back.
-Limlight Gorge looks fantastic! I'm hoping it'll be a fey emerald forest.
-The Rohirric livery and decor looks amazing. The inside of that hall is gorgeous.
-The Brown Lands...I'm assuming this will be on the eastern shores...they mentioned that the Rushgore area will be shallow enough to ford; I'm guessing we'll cross here. Brown Lands look too hilly...also, this would only be a small portion, as they are huge. Really should be its own zone.
-Rushgore looks VERY cool! This makes me hopeful that the Entwash and Dead Marshes will be super cool regions.
-Speaking of the eastern shore...will the brown lands link up with Mirkwood? Or will the only way south be from Lorien?

This, 100%. Dear god is it bad. I still don't see how that makes it into the game with someone's seal of approval.
Yay for the Brown Lands! A poisoned wasteland where nobody had lived and nothing had grown for thousands of years! And where the landscape was just ugly brown hills!
Err...
Maybe I will be able to find the ent wives
That was the first place the Ents had looked themselves, oddly enough

Yes the Brown Lands are on the eastern side of the river. There is a section of the Anduin near where the Limlight flows into it where the Great River slows enough that it can be forded. It's called the North Undeep. Presumably this is where we will be fording the river. It's also where the Easterlings forded it to invade Gondor.

Cool looking map. Really looking forward to visit the place. Two questions remain for now for me: when, and for how much? (seeing i'm premium ^^ ). Don't actually expect this to be answered but hey... no harm in asking.

When is sooner than you think, and I don't have an answer on price for non-VIPs at the moment. But expect to get more info on that front in the near future.

Wonderful
I like the design (even if the stone buildings are still the same since day one, nearly).
I like the different kind of feeling and atmosphere between the different areas.
As someone who is mainly playing SWTOR now I have to say that I am happy (and impressed) with the flythrough videos and overall better effort into presenting this update, in addition to the content itself, which looks great. It will certainly get me back to explore the new area.
New areas look awesome. The landscape, the fact that the Middle Earth is moving east..
I keep wondering tho..What will the new area offer to us besides serving as the entrance to Rohan..Like Enedwaith did for Dunland.
I am guessing that among many things we'll get a new faction which I am hoping it will be easier to get reputation that Algraig used to be and probable dailies similar to Thror's Coomb.
The map in my opinion doesn't look bad. It could do with some saturation as it's pretty bright and I agree a bit cartoony. But other then that it looks ok to me.
The fact that the areas seem to blend well into each other is appealing. Can't say I'm excited yet, but definitely looking forward to what U6 has to offer.
Personally hoping to visit Amon Hen, and look for Frodo and Sam's boat on the eastern shore.
