Hi guys, I thought I'd make a new class available for Freepside. This is my first attempt at making a class so I hope you like it!
The Sentinel -
The Sentinel is a Healing DPS Tank that can Buff and Support at the same time. He has three traitlines, however, the Sentinel has the unique ability to merge all his traits into one, with all the bonuses. Not only that, the Sentinel can make duplicates of his merged traits allowing him to stack his bonuses up to 6 times.
The Sentinel has a wide variety of skills that the player will use regularly in different situation. Some of the major skills are,
"Victory - Which gives the player a 100% Critical Chance and 200% attack damage. It also scales of the opponent's health, dealing 20% of it's maximum health".
"No Escape - This skill gives the Sentinel a region wide track. He can select a target anywhere in the region and teleport to it, instantly 1 shotting it and everything around it within 100 metres".
"No Surrender - The Sentinel heals up for 200% of his maximum health. Excess health is converted into a permanent bubble, this skill stacks 10 times".
"You Shall Not Pass - The Sentinel stuns up to 10 enemies in a 50m radius for up to 10 seconds. This skill has a 5 second cooldown and the stun is stackable".
"Hand of the Valar - The Sentinel absorbs all damage for 20 seconds and gains 50% runspeed".
"Stalwart Ally - This skill allows Sentinel to buff all his nearby allies for 20% extra morale, 30 less% attack duration, 50% more base damage and 20% more runspeed. This buff lasts for 24 hours and has a 7 second cooldown".
The Sentinel has the ability to use all 3 types of armour, all forms of weapons and has the unique ability to steal other players clothes and items. He can also choose to "skip" quests, whilst retaining the same XP and quest rewards. He can also set instances to "solo" so that he can get end game gear without interacted with other people, ever. Not only that, all travel locations are open to him at the start of the game and the Sentinel has the option to swift travel everywhere. However, the best feature the Sentinel has is his command over enemy NPCs. Upon approaching them, they will kill themselves for him, but he will get the XP and will be able to loot them. In PvMP, the Sentinel does not have to kill the Tyrant to flip the keep, he can simply fly into the flag room and flip it there. Whilst in the Ettenmoors, the Sentinel gains a unique buff which causes him to reflect 200% damage causing the 1 shotters to in-turn, 1 shot themselves making it unsafe for Creeps to AFK anywhere.
However, some of the best features the Sentinel has access too is the ability to fly, shoot through walls and ultimately, draft nearby players into his group. The players must do his bidding until he releases them from his service. They lose the ability to log out or leave the group, and if they displease the Sentinel, he has the option to "Execute" them, which breaks all their armour, weapons and sends them to the rez furthest away from his current position. They then have 10 minutes to rejoin him or he can ban them for 3 days. ultimately, this leads to the Sentinel's ability to pick fights with friendly players. If someone steals his mob, gets in his way or force emotes him, Sentinel does not have to stand and take it, he can start attacking them (without the spar option) and can even kill them. The enemy players cannot fight back and must simply accept they have displeased the Sentinel and must die.
