    Skin Plugins

    This is my first time down loading skin plugins. I have downloaded many plugin before and for some reason i cant get this one. I follow the instructions on the page. I am probably saving it to the wrong place. It says i need to create a folder named ui. I had that folder when i started playing lotro. I tried saving it to the ui folder and the plugins folder. Any help???

    First, a minor clarification. In LoTRO there are Plugins and there are Skins and they are not the same thing. Plugins are small scripted applications that modify the functionality of the interface. Skins are graphical elements that alter the way the interface looks without altering the functionality. You did not specify the name of the Skin or Plugin that you are having an issue with but it sounds as though you are referring to a Skin. Skins go in the "...documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\UI\Skins" folder and Plugins go in the "...documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\Plugins" folder. If you provide the name of the Skin or Plugin with which you are having trouble someone can probably provide more specific help.

    This is a skin, so it would go in ...ocuments\The Lord of the Rings Online\UI\skins\
