Later, the legendary item system functions similarly to an enchant system in that you can pick and choose certain bonuses for your bow to make yourself stronger.

The Legendary items start dropping at about level 50-51, but you can get your first ?one or two? from a quest at level 45-50 outside of mines of Moria.
