I am right now a woodworker, and I want to know if you can enchant bows? If you can how do you do it?

There's no enchanting in LotRO like there is in other games. However, there are some things that function similarly, none of which have much to do with woodworking.

Bow chants are hunter class items that apply certain abilities to your bow for a short time.

Fire and light oils can also be applied to change damage type of the bow.

Later, the legendary item system functions similarly to an enchant system in that you can pick and choose certain bonuses for your bow to make yourself stronger.

The Bow Chants are made by scholars.
The Fire/Light Oils are also made by scholars.
The Legendary items start dropping at about level 50-51, but you can get your first ?one or two? from a quest at level 45-50 outside of mines of Moria.
