Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming "WOW, what a ride!"
Civ II rules after all these years......
/report.... wait a minute. I don't have to report. >.>
However, this should be in off-topic. *moves*

Wingwoz (on hunters in LOTRO), "I prefer to think of them more like Elvis or James Dean. Terminally self indulgent but their presence in a party, nay, the very fact that they ever existed, makes the world a cooler place."

When I first viewed this thread it was locked, and I wondered why.
Then I saw it in General Discussions without the lock icon next to it. Which made me curious, and Celestrata had posted (before editing).
Whoops, that explains it. ;-)
Then after I reply to other things, it caught my eye in General again because now it was moved, and those threads stick out like a sore thumb, and again, I wondered why it was moved (I didn't look at it to see Celestrata's edit then).
Now here it is back again, and I'm not wondering anymore, just entertained! :-)

Unless someone points out to or link some outwordly posts, I read like 100 of his latest posts and didnt see anything world shaking, so where is the beef???
I believe that a lot if not all were lost when the forums were cleaned up a long while ago. If memory serves me correctly though, I think he saved them all and you can view them on his Guild Site.

"You are not hardcore."
The StormKing wrote a series of posts from the point of view of a...well...*I* assumed a younger male human. As I think about it, it could have just been any age dysfunctional male living in their parent's basement.
"Hello ladies..."
Said character always seemed to play the game successfully, if by accident. There used to be an archive of the posts on the Strayhold website, but I'm not finding a link anymore (unless you need to register first).
It will be interesting to see of TSK can get on a horse, and be facing the same way as the horse.
TSK you had BETTER properly document your leveling experiences, as well as old noob's again!!!! Some of the funniest reading EVARRR! So good to see you back!
(Now if Winterfell would resume his stick figure drawings, the world would make sense again.....)
So I'm running all over the Shire, killing wolves and mining coppers, when I see this little hobbit. He's Postmaster Grubb of Hobbiton. He's a HOBBIT. Rhymes with WALKING STEAK. Well, I'm sure it does in Elvish anyway, I'm just saying... I mean, his name is GRUBB.
OMG. This is EPIC. ROFL!!!!
Why did I not know about this before? ./reported for failing to promote your awesomeness.
Btw, for those NOT on Silverlode, Blackhawk (also known as TSK) advertises his kin recruitment in glff. As if that's not a big enough sin he does it with an epic dose of humor. Typically the recruitment pitch goes along the lines of: Choose STRAYHOLD. What we lack in quality we make up for in quantity.
I love people with a rich sense of humor.
