Here's my healing setup
Share your captain!!
You have a nice balance of vitality and might there, what capt set are u using? Also if you wouldn't mind could you list some of your jewelry, I'm really looking around for different stuff for my captain build.

Don't mind if I do. I don't know what the buff standard is for posting builds, so I am posting my stats completely unbuffed. I pasted the mitigations onto the bottom of the stats for clarity.
Raid Heal build:
I may swap out VS healing for RC healing soon.
Tanking Build:
I pay special attention to Incoming Healing.
Edit: I just swapped from +600 phys mit to +600 tact mit on this emblem. I was right at Common Mit cap, buffed.
Common Mit Rating = 14289
+300 (IDOME) +90 (cheap food) +1009 (lore) +1860 (def strike buff)
=17548
which is like, 1 mini buff away from Common Mit Cap now.

Moors DPS Build:
This is my least specialized build in terms of LIs. I actually use my tanking emblem, but I make sure to have SL cooldown on it. Note I put all Physical&Tactical mastery relics on the Partycrasher because I wanted to also use it to heal, sometimes. I decided to forego the attack duration rune--even though it is the best dps rune--due to the dual role of the Partycrasher.
Also, I need to get around to replacing the elendil legacy with the cutting attack one.

Thanks! I'm using 5/6 menestaid and the soulders are dagor for that lovely vitality and max morale bonus.
Here's the jewellery i use for my healing setup:
Earring of Defiance x2
Might specialized necklace from isen instances (name i can't remember, and server is down so can't check)
Bracelet of the unbent knee x1
Hill Giants Ring (bracelet) x1
Siege Breakers band (ring) x1
Ring of the ox x1
For my DPS setup i change things around quite a bit by using 3/6 Dagor 3/6 Menestaid, two easterling war bracelets, two jewelled studs of the brute and i change siege breakers band to ring of the dragon.
My standard PVE build (my normal buffs on me). I've been able to cap outgoing healing but only in a few situations, I can't quite cap it with food and scrolls yet. (http://img692.imageshack.us/img692/6461/pvexa.jpg)

This is my Moors build. Morale is just over 10k with my Moors banner (got cut off). I could go higher on crit and offence, but I would have to sacrifice mits (~60% tact mit) and/or morale and that's not my style. I will replace my Sarchol with Celchol and upgrade the necklace with a clasp, but I can't think of any more balanced of a DPS set up than this.
This is my raid healing build. I need to get some Menestaid armor and change one of my settings to get more crit, but I do rather well. You'll see mits are still important to me when healing.

With the power return from SoBr, You could go with 1500 power and probably be fine because it keeps you topped off. Without SoBr, I don't see how it would work in an extended fight.
I should be studying, so I won't pop in-game just now to take a screenshot, but here are my current stats according to myLOTRO.
This is my generic build for both groups and soloing right now, but I've got a set of swap armour for when I tank three-mans that boosts my morale a lot more. I had to hesitate before posting, because I know my jewelry and virtues are both a little sub-standard right now, and I don't want to reflect poorly on my kin.
This is obviously a dps build (self buffed), and I don't intend to heal in it but my outgoing healing is at 42.9%, 47.2% if I put on my heal weapon and emblem.
I'm pretty much done adding physical mastery, and I have a plan to keep my health and offense rating at this level while maxing crit out at 25% by swapping out my earrings, and getting a different pocket. DR still hits hard, but I can still get somewhere between 114% and 116% in offense with external buffs to the best of my memory.

I like your builds, probably because they are rather close to mine in final stats (after buffs are applied to me) but different in some gear choices. Its interesting. We must have a similar philosophy of high mits for survivability and passable mastery & crit (though not as impressively high as some others). Whats your health on your healing build? Around 10k?

did i miss the memo that all screen shots must be taken in South Bree?

Yep, 10.4k with a traited banner, just over 10k without. Still lets me top 11k with raid buffs. I have started backing off on morale in favor of crit so that I can heal better.

I put together a pure offence build in my spread sheet (30% DBlow crit and 105% offence) and with mostly ignoring mits, I get 33% tactical mit and 55% common. Probably enough if you're not getting hit, but I would definitely go with a moors banner if you want to do damage and not die like a hunter. Fine for soloing on the landscape or DPSing for foundry, but not practical in a raid.

I was playing with your build since it's so fun and I had a couple suggestions.

You would lose 300 offence and some agility, but you would gain 300 morale 130 crit and 1k finesse. This would allow you to swap one of your Brute Earrings for an Earring of Wrath Unleashed. You would be down about 100 morale, but you will have gained 300 offence and over 400 crit, with the aforementioned finesse upgrade. What's more, you will gain the 3 piece Dagor bonus for extra SLs and DBs.
I also think that 300 crit is worth more than 300 melee offence so you should consider swapping both of those Easterlings' War Bracelets for Bangles of Echoing battle. If you want you can even swap in just one Bangle, nullifying the 300 offence you gained above and receiving yet another 300 crit bonus.
I don't stack might above 1500 for raiding, as I would much rather have higher Morale/better Mitigations, than having a little higher outgoing Damage/Healing... I would like to get rid of Mídhlos though, and replace it with Knight's Platinum Stud... But it never seems to drop :/

That's my build for Healing
High tactical mastery (capped), high might, mid vitality, mid power pool, low mitigations.
I use it in content where i have no problem of being hit and there's a need of high and continious healing. Like skirmish (i can handle a fellow healing without mins), 3\6 instance (i can mange to heal a good guardian in against Dragnark in T2), Raid T1\T2 (When raid buffed i can switch some of my might item, for some mitigation ones. Just because raidbuffs are putting me a lot over the tactical mastery cap and there some distributed damages that have to be suffered)
For easy content i can switch to dps 2h sword for speed up a bit. sword and board is for hard contents
Maybe i can post my PvMP and Tank build later

Excellent builds, y'all. They're really making me think.
I've got to change my earring in my heal build, to get some of these big crit and mastery numbers y'all got. I'd love to get asecond Knight's Platinum Stud.
Mitigation cloak, necklace, and rings. I'd have to sacrifice these to up my potency (crit, tact mastery) as a support healer. I highly value mitigations, though. Its a hard paradigm shift to make. I'm most open to changing my rings, atm.
Sorry I took so long to reply, and I agree crit should be my main focus right now. I can't lose the orthanc full set bonus (waiting on last 2 pieces) because my icpr isn't that high. I can sustain myself with food and pots so all is well there mostly. I aslo switch to song brother while I wait for the cd on blade brothers "to Arms".
I wanted to wait till I got a few of the pieces I wanted before I replied. My plan was to get 1 more earring of wrath unleashed and put a second Trenardhrin on to supplement the morale loss. This is what I have so far, it includes 1 of the new crafted relics and the R14 virtues, so might should grow a lot over the next few weeks. I plan to put in the 3 new rep jewelry pieces in as well. My goal is to max dps while never going under 8k health with a token (which is always on).
My health with a token in this spec is 8117, physcial mit is 7640, crit is 26.2%. I'm also experimenting with 1 devastate rune and a second speed rune (lost some icpr with that change).8k morale seems to be the magic number for me between being a good dps/heal and not being a liability.
