Here is an example: On the ferry boat that I ride every morning, there is an area that is labeled, “Survival Craft Embarcation Station”. This is really the life boat launch.
Another example: Paper-enclosed vegetable matter for the inhalation of heat-activated nicotine.
Or, cigarette.
Now if we combine this concept with Tolkien trivia we might have some fun.

About limits: lets try to keep this associated with the most common of the professor’s published works: The Hobbit, The Lord Of The Rings, The Sillmarillion. This way we will be able to include more players.

Another thing about these somewhat arbitrary trivia categories: as far as I'm concerned an "exact" answer is not needed. If the guesser gets the gist of what you are looking for that should be close enough. If you think it's important that the answer be "exact", then state that when you are posting the riddle.
In this case the exact answer would have been: "What have I got in my pocket?" That is what Bilbo said when he stuck his hand in his pocket and felt the ring. Gollum took it for a riddle and the rest is history.
