    Exclamation Accidentally Cancel subscription

    I did a wrong thing...i pressed cancel subscription and now i lost the vip that i got yesterday...give it to me back please ((

    Sorry to hear about your situation but nobody here on the forum can help you.

    You need to contact the account support, explain your situation, and possibly they may be able to help you out. Keep in mind that if you submit a ticket, the first response will be an auto-generated message, and you will have to reply to it to escalate your problem further.

    If you've paid for it, they should reinstate the subscription. You will have to be patient - depending on the number of tickets in the queue, it could even be a couple of days before they get to dealing with your problem.

    When you hit cancel right after putting in your subscription, you stopped the transaction from completing. Every time I have seen this, the payment did not go through. Even if Support can assist, they will likely tell you you need to put the subscription request through again and allow it to complete before canceling. Just wait a few days after putting it in rather than canceling right away. You have at least a month to cancel before the next payment, so there is no rush.

    Strange, if you sub, your sub should run for a month at the very least. If you cancel, you will have the balance of your sub still to run so you should still have VIP on your account.
    As others have said contact Turbine directly.

    I can just about guarantee that what happened is you canceled before the payment went through completely. This is not an uncommon occurrence.

    You will need to subscribe again and this time, if you wait a few days before canceling, it will complete and you'll have your VIP for a month or three months or whatever plan you chose.

    What Thornglen is saying is that you can cancel before the payment from the bank goes through to Turbine. Turbine says, "Oh you cancelled. We did not get any money..Cancel sub." There's no time remaining on the first month, because Turbien never got paid. If that's the case (and it usually is unless you give it a few days for the money to get transferred), all the OP needs to do is re-subscribe.

    Or alternatively call Turbine with the original payment information and give it to them again.

    It doesn't matter. Here are the steps you should take:

    1. Check your bank account to see if you got charged money.

    2a. If you were charged, then contact Turbine by either calling them or submitting a ticket. Calling is generally faster.

    2b. If you were not charged, then resubscribe for the desired amount of time.


    That's it. You're done and good to go!

    I realize that you cancelled by accident, but unfortunately, Turbine only knows that the payment did not go through and you cancelled the subscription. You can check with the credit card company to see if there is a charge on your account or if the charge was cancelled. If it was cancelled, just resubscribe.

    If someone helped you by charging it to their credit card for you, you'll have to get them to help you again. You can try calling and explaining the situation, but unless it is your own credit card and you can confirm the information on the charge, chances are they will not be able to help you. Worth a try...but a bit of a long shot.

    If the credit card charge did go through, and you did not get your full month's time, then definitely call Turbine support.

    Btw, if you are out of the US, you can call Turbine using skype, and it will be quite inexpensive.

    Has your bank account been billed? Did you check?

    If not, then just resubscribe.
    If so, you will have to write a ticket and wait or call them.

    Afaik there is no Skype support but if there is, you will find it on the support homepage.

    i made a ticket... why my but... why my vip cancel?? this is my answer i just do it by accident and i lost my vip...i got vip the morning and the night i lost it -.-

    It got canceled because your payment for vip never went threw. You need to wait at least 48 hours before you cancel, if the payment went threw you would still have your vip status for the month but as your saying your premium then that tells me that your payment never went threw and you will need to resub again.

This even though your question doesn't belong in General Discussion, it rightfully belongs in the Customer Service section.

    You, on the other hand, have not thanked a single person for their help. You have not even answered the few direct questions that were put to you, all you want to do is continue to complain. The advice has been given, I suggest you take it. In the meantime, play the game and enjoy what features you do have whilst you await the solution.

    Check this with whatever the source of your payment was.

    They can tell you if you paid for VIP. No on on this forum can, no matter how many times you ask us.

    To get the answer, you need to ask the right source-that's your credit card or whatever payer you used.

    Why do I have a feeling that not only is English not their native language, but that they are also not an adult since they don't know how to handle basic credit card transactions.

    You need to contact your bank, or your parents, and have them find out if payment went through or not. You will learn that it didn't because you canceled your account so soon. It does not matter if it was an accident or not.

    Then you will need to resubscribe and this time let your sub last for 30 days without canceling it.

    That, once again, is not something anyone here (or at Turbine, for that matter) can help you with.

    If you really cannot raise your bank, with respect, I suggest your subscription status is the least of your issues. Fix that one first.

    I've just read every post by you in this thread, and you have NOT TOLD BEFORE anything about even trying to check your bank account, much less being unable. YELLING at people trying to help you is as likely to make people unwilling to help as failing to answer questions they need answered in order to help you.

    Until you can check your bank account, you can either call Turbine and ask if they think they charged you, or you can call your bank, or you can continue to thrash asking for help without being able to provide the details would-be help givers must have in order to help you. So far you've been following that 3rd option pretty well, but it doesn't appear to be working out for you and I don't suspect it's going to improve any time soon.

    Chances are you were not charged for VIP if your account is currently Premium. However, we have no way of knowing for sure via the forums.
