You need to contact the account support, explain your situation, and possibly they may be able to help you out. Keep in mind that if you submit a ticket, the first response will be an auto-generated message, and you will have to reply to it to escalate your problem further.

Then submit a ticket and then you'll need to be patient whilst they deal with your problem.

If you've paid for it, they should reinstate the subscription. You will have to be patient - depending on the number of tickets in the queue, it could even be a couple of days before they get to dealing with your problem.

When you hit cancel right after putting in your subscription, you stopped the transaction from completing. Every time I have seen this, the payment did not go through. Even if Support can assist, they will likely tell you you need to put the subscription request through again and allow it to complete before canceling. Just wait a few days after putting it in rather than canceling right away. You have at least a month to cancel before the next payment, so there is no rush.
Strange, if you sub, your sub should run for a month at the very least. If you cancel, you will have the balance of your sub still to run so you should still have VIP on your account.

You can check with the credit card company to see if there is a charge on your account or if the charge was cancelled. If it was cancelled, just resubscribe.
If someone helped you by charging it to their credit card for you, you'll have to get them to help you again. You can try calling and explaining the situation, but unless it is your own credit card and you can confirm the information on the charge, chances are they will not be able to help you. Worth a try...but a bit of a long shot.

Btw, if you are out of the US, you can call Turbine using skype, and it will be quite inexpensive.

Has your bank account been billed? Did you check?
If not, then just resubscribe.
If so, you will have to write a ticket and wait or call them.
Afaik there is no Skype support but if there is, you will find it on the support homepage.

It got canceled because your payment for vip never went threw. You need to wait at least 48 hours before you cancel, if the payment went threw you would still have your vip status for the month but as your saying your premium then that tells me that your payment never went threw and you will need to resub again.

Until you have done that, do yourself a huge favor and stop posting about this topic. People have been quite friendly trying to assist you but you have failed to check this. Perhaps you don't realize that it's a very important item for you to know the answer to, and for others to know the answer to if they're willing to help you.... but the more you ignore that and just ask for help, offering no new details others can use, the more you are at risk for making others unwilling to even try to help.

Why do I have a feeling that not only is English not their native language, but that they are also not an adult since they don't know how to handle basic credit card transactions.
You need to contact your bank, or your parents, and have them find out if payment went through or not. You will learn that it didn't because you canceled your account so soon. It does not matter if it was an accident or not.
Then you will need to resubscribe and this time let your sub last for 30 days without canceling it.

I've just read every post by you in this thread, and you have NOT TOLD BEFORE anything about even trying to check your bank account, much less being unable. YELLING at people trying to help you is as likely to make people unwilling to help as failing to answer questions they need answered in order to help you.
Until you can check your bank account, you can either call Turbine and ask if they think they charged you, or you can call your bank, or you can continue to thrash asking for help without being able to provide the details would-be help givers must have in order to help you. So far you've been following that 3rd option pretty well, but it doesn't appear to be working out for you and I don't suspect it's going to improve any time soon.

Chances are you were not charged for VIP if your account is currently Premium. However, we have no way of knowing for sure via the forums.
As the other players have said, please contact Account Support if you need assistance with this, as no one can provide you with assistance on the forums. Their contact information is in my signature.
