Thread: Snowbourn Global chat channels

Some of you may remember me from the old codies days others may think who the frak are you.. im sure theres more than one of you still here who dosent miss my kin recruitment spam. i usualy stick to the tech sections of the forums or helping where i kind of can

but anyhoo Im an old timer from snowy been here since before day one (or at least the roumour is it was the beta server) so feel that we need to let newbies on snowy know which our global channels are.

if you need help please join the main global channels on our server which are:
globallff ... aka global spam but for some odd reason goes quiet from time to time but has between 300-600 people or on some nights more, glff has at most 20
globalooc
globaltrade
if your not sure how use the following from your chat line, use /1, /2, /3 to use the channel if you create them in the followig order
/joinchannel globallff (/1)
/joinchannel globalooc (/2)
/joinchannel globaltrade (/3)

former US server global channels have a shorter easier naming convention of glff, gtrade, gooc etc these channels on snowy tend to have very few members, yes ive joined these channels and at at most ive seem 20 on glff (less on the others) with people asking for help or trying to sell their gear

if you realy think your realy better than the rest of us EU players or too suck in your ways then please feel free to join the gllf\gooc\gtrade channels but youll be missing out on a lot of the fun.. less people use these channels than regular ooc, trade or lff

please dont expect the majority to change because the minority wont change from channels weve been using for years.

nobody is forcing you to change but if you want help or to sell something youll find it easier to use our channels, dont expect us to come to you

its easier to conform than reform
