Not sure how recently timestamps were added (Options>Chat>Enable timestamps on chat), but I wanted to know if there was a way to customize the formatting. The default ([MM/DD HH:MM AM/PM]) is rather clunky. The date is unnecessary unless you are saving your logs, and seconds would be more informative than hours.
My suggestion is to change the format to [24H:MM:SS] or simply [MM:SS]

Full ack, or make the Format customizable. But perhaps i am expecting to much, in the german client the option isn't even translated to german...
Date/pm/am totally not needed, everyone knows what day it is and if not then it really doesn't matter for the person anyways :P I don't see why seconds would be needed either but maybe there would be use for it for some. so 24h HH:MM would be perfect. If you log chats the date is logged there in anyways.
Whats really driving me crazy is that I've seen people quoting there chat messages with just the [HH:MM], implying that thats what there get instead of the full [MM/DD HH:MM AM/PM]
