New English Account Support Phone Hours
I am happy to announce that Turbine’s English Account Support phone hours have been extended! This decision comes as part of our ongoing desire to improve the customer experience. Effective immediately, the new phone hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Eastern (GMT -5)
Weekend Coverage: 12:00 noon to 9:00pm Eastern (GMT -5)
