Thread: Public apology to Drizztofdrow.

I would like to apologize to Drizztofdrow for my lack of consideration and politeness concerning the altercation which occurred between us today.
I should have not taken the contents of the chest that you were near while you were killing the boss and clearing the area in the entrance to the camp of dourhands called The Grimwater in Ered Luin.
You had already killed off the three or four dourhands around the campfire and were in the process of killing Skithi Blackhand, the boss of that area, when I ran in and took the contents to the supply chest that is in the immediate area, not thinking that might be the reason you were killing the inhabitants of that particular area.

You were right to IM me and indicate you were not pleased with it, but I rashly took it as a statement made by a presumptuous youth that was putting the current situation into the context of possible incidents of his past that weren't quite the same, but still had to do with etiquette and "right-to-treasure-by-killing-the-boss" scenarios.

In my defense, I would like to say, the supply chest in that area is not a special "treasure" that is there just for the reward of killing that boss and it does randomly generate. I truly didn't think I was doing anything wrong by claiming it. I only received a few silver and copper coins from it and I was thinking it wasn't that big of a deal.
But, once you enlightened me that you were displeased with it I should have apologized immediately and given you the coins. I am a considerate person, and player, and do not like to start or prolong drama, in game, or out.

After I thought about it and realized my rudeness, no matter the specifics, I felt like a ### and thus have created this thread. If you would like I can mail you the silver and copper(not sure the exact amount, but it wasn't much), as well as a bit more, as compensation.

Very responsible of you. Mayby send the chest items you gained to this player via in-game mail perhaps? Just a thought as I'm not sure every player has access to in-game mail anymore.

Any player should know that you don't just waltz up and take the contents of any chest that is nearby someone else that is killing the area's mobs. Doesn't matter if the chest is "special" or not. Same goes for someone fighting right beside an ore or wood node.
