Thread: Looking for a new home on Eldar maybe?

Hello!

I am an Estonian player from Crickhollow server but I am seriously considering transfering now due to real life finally catching up to normality (apparently playing from midnight to 5AM or 6AM to 11AM and sleeping during the day isn't normal in my timezone, who knew? :P) and while it's not really reducing my gametime it has made raiding close to impossible for me (raids on my server atm start at 5PM/7PM/11PM servertime :/). I do hate the thought of abandoning my friends on Crickhollow but after a year and a half this game doesn't offer that much on the casual level any more.

So! I would love if any of you could answer a few questions like: how many people are on during evening hours (let's say 5PM to 11 PM GMTish), is there a lot of drama on your server (if you don't know what I'm talking about then I'm really happy), are there abundant skraids/draigoch/foundry etc groups formed during the evening hours, what about ToO pugs, which are the raiding kins on your server, do they have openings, around what times do they raid? That's about it I think, I'm sure I forgot something really important ofc.

About myself: I'm a 22yr-old girl, a fairly laid back and calm player (although I love and can appreciate all kinds of humour), I hate drama and love being in friendlyish relations with everyone, I have a fully geared champ and a close to fully geared cappie (and a number of other alts from other classes on different levels but I wouldn't be transfering those) both of which I play reasonably well, I guess (completed t2c acid, disease and almost wound (2secs) b4 RoI, full t2c clear after; done lightning t2c, not too much work done on other t2s due to a huge shortage of decent tanks on Crick). To sum it up again - I do come looking for new friends (and reasonable gametimes lol) but I am most interested in raiding possibilities.

I do have an interest in PvMP as well, I'm r9 on my champ (r4 on cappie) but stopped pvping right after ranking because on our server after RoI the usual scene is creeps sitting in TA doorway 24/7 pushing out to half lawn only unless they have twice the freep numbers (which isn't particularly fun, I used to die more to TA npcs than creeps), also we had only a small number of really good leaders (both sides) all of whom have left. So, if you could sum up the situation in your PvMP as well, I would be most grateful!

Eldar will satisfy all your desires abour pugs and raiding is pretty good, some would say hard-core
PvP is also v good, lots of high rank freeps/creeps

Eldar invented drama. I advise you go to Laurelin if you want to avoid that.

Hello and nice to hear you consider as Eldar your new home on lotro

Eldar is probably one of busiest old EU servers and i think would suit your gametime pretty well.
We have in our kinship couple Estonian players(females), so if you are looking new kinship as well getting along with us should not be huge problem. Rest of our kinship is more or less casual players but we do weekly raids to.
I'm trying to avoid this turn into reqruit post

There is allso pugs doing easiest raids and some of harder ones to. About PvMP i cant say much atm my self since havent done that for while, but least used to be fairly fun.
