Thread: Find others on quest not working

I never have a result for "find others on quest". Is this because i need to change the set up, or is it a bug,
or some techical failure. I have a lot of fellowship quests i want to do!
Maybe i'm overlooking something very simple...... please help!

It's a technical failure - this tool is such a fail that nobody uses it. Try to find fellows in chat, use the local /lff or your server's global channel.

Yeah, this. The tool itself isn't broken. It's just that no one is probably using it. I've never found any use for the Fellowshipping panel.

Thanks Qhouri and Ayrolen! Now I understand why the GM's don't give a proper answer.

I shall never use this option again.

Even when it first came out back in 2008, you could not anyone. You could only advertise one quest that you currently had active out of a possible 40 - 50 quests. It did not work for instances because you did not have quest. Or you have an instance like 'Fangs for Nothing'. Nobody knew that meant Tantalus wanted to go to Helegrod.

Back in the early days. I would advertise my quest - one of maybe 15 groups quests in Angmar. I did not care which one(s) I did. No hits. I see someone else in Angmar with an Angmar quest. I do not have that one. I start the personal tell exchange to find out if we had any quests in common.

If you could have put yourself in a list wanting to group. All your quests were available. There were tools to help such as: Show me the folks that have "The Arena at Maethad" active. People might still be using it.
