Crafting has something that improving crafting experience points available from one the Skirmish NPCs. I do not remember much about them other than they were very expensive for little gain.
There are some VIP experience point bonuses you can get via Destiny point buys. Or via your character being logged out as rest experience points. Commonly called blue bar.
