The commanders of isengard tier one requires defeating dargnakh in DU. But by "defeating" him, it means killing him via dps, rather than the normal way. You should have unlocked by just walking in the DU instance.

Hmm, I have Darg Unleashed, challenge and isenmode and darg t1+2 completed but i cant see CoI anywhere in my completed deedlog. What have I missed?
