Discussion: In Their Absence

I really want to run the quest line. But finding a group for it is next to impossible. It seems these days it's isengard content or nothing.

Anyone out there still running this or would like to run it.

Yes, the same problem here. The biggest part of my kin is already 75, and they're not interested in running In Their Absence instances. And to find a group for these quests is nearly impossible, alas.

My tiny kin has been running those at level 75. Partly because we've never done the instances, but.... they are fantastic instances for relic farming! If you've got kin working on their shiny new Legendary Items--the ones that will be growing with them forever and ever until level 85--then the Absence instances should definitely be added to their "to-do" lists.

I have never done these either. At the time when they put all their efforts into Free 2 Play launch there wasnt much going on at end game. Instead of doing nothing or not playing we rolled on the new servers. When these were launched we werent 65 yet and by the time we hit 65 we skipped these in favor of Epics and new content.

I know this thread is a few weeks old now, and may no longer apply, but I know my kin is always willing to run any sort of instances. Contact Gilecas if you see me online and I will run the "In their Absence" quest line with you, and most likely have some kin that would run it too. As someone else had noted, it is a great source for t4 relics!

If you are still looking for a fellowship I have been needing to run the Lost Temple on my guard for a long time...

I am lv75 for quite a long time for now but if any of you see me online send me a tell, I can help. Did Stoneheight and Lost Temple this week, but I'm willing to do all these instances again. I also have to do some epilogues in Mirkwood. I'm a RK so I can heal or dps at your will!

Just an fyi, we run OD t2 twice a week as Giledor is working on the Ivar's champions metadeed.

we do normally have a spot or two but we kind of run it when we feel like it so just keep an eye out in glff when you are at that point.
