Thread: A quest in isengard

I'm at work so I don't have tons of details. I was trying to do a quest this morning where you are a prisoner and you have to go get food from the gate guards and bring it back to the main guy. I got the food and went where the directions said, southwest of the tower and north west of the gate. The guy that I need to give the food to is not there. I looked and looked. There is no quest arrow or ring that shows up. That makes me think that he is in doors, but I don't know where. I tried using the shackles to summon the overseer but it says I am too busy to do that. Help?

I don't have access to the game at the moment, so my answer will be somewhat vague...

If you follow the quest tracker into the general area of the prison, you will encounter three or four NPC orcs and goblins who will offer you general directions in the form of "head west from here, scum" or "keep going north, maggot" or "keep moving up the hill, you worthless piece of warg droppings".

I had to trouble at all locating the prisoner with such enthusiastic and encouraging assistance. :P

If I remember correctly, once you get the food from the guard house, you take it back to the Uruk (Mordrack?)who gave you the overseer just outside. The quest tracker is a little goofy on this one so you really can't use it very well because I think it wants to point both to him and the location of the food at the same time.

The quest tracker will not work for this quest. If you do not remember where Morflack you will have to wander around until you find him. Look him up in a spoiler site. Or cancel the quest. Get it again. Write his coordinates so you can watch the numbers under the rader when you go back.

The quest tracker is created by the humans that write the game software for each quest. It can have bugs just like quests. You could always write a bug report eventually Turbine will fix it. That does not really help you at the moment.
