No they cant do it in a row! Even with the Trait equipped, Disappear (Hips 4 Wargs) has a Cooldown of 7 minutes. I think your opponent was out of combat.
Are you sure he didn't HIPS and a new warg came out of stealth? I highly doubt one warg managed to HIPS twice in combat...
Yeah positive, which is why I am asking. After I survived the second stun I thought I was clear until he hip'sd again, def was odd. Hopefully the person reads/sees the forums and posts something.

No, you can't change it. But thanks for offering! It is entirely possible they made changes or added something to the Turbine Store so people can P2W. Otherwise this is an exploit and I would advise you to keep track of the name of said warg and report it if you see it again. If he indeed did exploit something with his HIPS and used it twice in a matter of a minute then they can see that and, should they choose to, take action. My honest opinion as to what will happen tho? Absolutely nothing unless you buy a resolution to them exploiting from the Turbine Store. Maybe buy a banhammer for $10. I'm sure you can buy a HIPS now on the Store for your glass cannon.

I could care less about exploiting and the people that do it, if someone wants to somehow exploit a game mechanic to fight me, well then I'll take that as a compliment but trust me, it aint necessary.
For the record, my post is not about exploiting, its about wanting to understand the mechanics of the opponent and to see if something changed, or there is now something you can purchase to make what I posted about possible and that's it. You know, so I can fight better and all.

Wargs can get the ability to hips twice. I'm not going to post how since I honestly believe it to be NOT WAI and Turbine just doesn't care enough fix something in PvP (surprise surprise) - but yes they can. Twice is most though. Just like BA's can get 2 VTs...

Just sayin, all the good ppl left or quit who PvPed on slode. Just a bunch of baddies now so I wouldnt waste time worrying about exploits. But I wouldnt advise xfering either, dont give Turbine any more money. Best option is waiting for GW2

Just randomly checking on silver, and I would like to clarify the statement. Not everyone in WAI disliked Spirits, in fact it was only a few outspoken individuals. For the most part we had no issues with the majority of Spirits, and having Spirits out in the moors made it a more interesting fight. Not everyone may have liked your kin, but to say we hated it would be a far stretch.
Personally I had no issues with Spirits outside of the ones who targeted us or bashed WAI for no apparent reason in GLFF or other channels. I liked you and most others in your kin though. Take it easy and I'll back out of this thread slowly.

Probably from all the replies when you quote me. I wasn't trolling when I came into this thread. I didn't know anything about getting 2 Disappears, but when you compared it to VT, I assumed you got it the same way. That's why I made that comment.
