It's going to be very difficult to find the level 58 armor set either for sale, or someone willing to make it unless you supply the materials. That set requires a mithril flake for each attempt, and the crit component is the Supreme Master Metalworker's Journal (which itself requires a mithril flake), and both the armor and journal recipes are single-use.
As quick as leveling is, you're probably better off getting a set of the crit level 56 armor (no special component, normal recipes, normal crit item) and sticking with that until you can get the level 65 Malledhrim set.

I thought the level 58 armor didn't require flakes -- if it does, that's not the set I had up (can't check from here).

ETA: Checked now, and you're right about the level 58 armor, my mistake. HOWEVER, the Officer's set is level 56. 58 is Noble's.
