I cant add to this conversation. I'm a warden. we can muster to every 'major' capital of every region (besides Misty mountains, eregion, shire, angmar, Ered luin and bree)

You can't learn the recipe for the level 65 crafted relic item if you are a westfold master, as it requires supreme master, and the game doesn't see westfold master as having supreme master in it.

Patch notes have been posted on youtube... as music video... with Rick Astley singing them... something about never gonna give you up... Doesn't make much sense as far as patch notes go...

Only thing I would like to see being fixed is the solider cost. My poor guard has to have a wimpy solider for her level because my eyes popped out of my head at the prices. ^.^

That word DURING. I do not think it means what Turbine (apparently) thinks it means.

At least it took until page 4 for this to start.....

As far as I remember, patch notes are posted by Sapience or Celestrata. Who work more regular hours than the server monkeys, so it's normally a couple of hours into the downtime before they get posted to the forums, as the downtime starts way early in order to minimise disruption/allow maximum time to fix anything unforseen.

I think Sapience starts before 9am on patch days, so they might be up soon. What Turbine say and what they do, regarding patch notes, is honest. They say that the notes will be posted during the downtime, so technically they don't have to post them until they're about to bring the server up.

Fair enough, but there's the law and there's spirit of the law. It's fair to say that their spirit is (ahem) a little lacking. Patch notes had to be ready last night. That a post hasn't appeared...

Eh, well...more screaming into the wind here. Turbine is poorly managed and blah, blah, blah...they'll appear when they appear, but I guess I let myself believe things would be different today.

You can say what you want, but they said DURING and that can be 10 minutes before 4 hours expire.

Except when the Ranger never offers the trap quest even though you got stuck in one and had to stand still for 1 minute, and you didn't want to run around that same area for the rest of your life, so you went on, thinking that maybe there are no more quests.

Or like me, you think that some other guy gives that last quest for the deed.

My biggest hope in this patch is to have a fix on the EU localization and to finaly get rid of these awfull TBD items...

Note: letter of the law versus spirit of the law. It is fair to say during technically means while the update is happening, which could be the final few minutes, but, then in the last case, the update had finished and the game went live before the post. Though it had been scheduled - and usually is - for 4 hours, it didn't take that long and the release beat the thread. Is that during? No, not technically. Similarly, the update may take longer, but the post coming up for the DURATION is more of what is implied. Otherwise, it would have been more informative to say the patch notes will be available at some time between 6 and 10 am.

Ok, so does it still mean that if I'm the only minstrel and use a coda, all anthems will be removed from the fellowship anyway?

Yay! They fixed my two issues:

"Soldier rank traits have had their prices significantly reduced."

"Damage on the Minstrel Codas has been returned near pre-U5 levels. The animation change resulted in a greater portion of the damage being removed than was intended."

Dyes wont drop anymore, but you can still get meat items!!!

An issue where greater crafted relic recipe scrolls became unusable after obtaining Westfold mastery has been fixed.

YES ! I know every one can read it but i`m jst 2 happy for it !!

Edit: Btw any1 knows what penrith`s skill is in foundry either on t1 or t2 ? Orc mob stuns , what is penrith suposed to do o_O
