Definitely for Thorin's. Almost all my toons are Elves so idk about Rivendell, but from what I hear there is a rep port provided you aren't an Elf.
Only Thorins (which is currently bugged) and Bree have a rep port that can be bartered. The ones from MD and Rivendell need to be bought from the store.
Each race has their own 'return' skill to their home origin area. (Must have corresponding racial trait equipped)
Hobbit - MD
Elf - Rivendell
Man - Bree
Dwarf - Thorin's Gate
Rep skills:
Return to Thorin's Gate
Return to Ost Guruth
Return to Enedwaith
Return to Bree(?)
Hunters get 'Guide' skills.
Captains get 'Muster' skills.
Sorry for offtopic
+Mirkwood. And yes, bree

I cant add to this conversation. I'm a warden. we can muster to every 'major' capital of every region (besides Misty mountains, eregion, shire, angmar, Ered luin and bree)
What's wrong with the crafted relics? Other then none for tier 7, that is?
You can't learn the recipe for the level 65 crafted relic item if you are a westfold master, as it requires supreme master, and the game doesn't see westfold master as having supreme master in it.
Patch notes have been posted on youtube... as music video... with Rick Astley singing them... something about never gonna give you up... Doesn't make much sense as far as patch notes go...
An hour and ten and they still haven't put the patch notes up yet? Does not bode well...

Only thing I would like to see being fixed is the solider cost. My poor guard has to have a wimpy solider for her level because my eyes popped out of my head at the prices. ^.^

At least it took until page 4 for this to start.....
As far as I remember, patch notes are posted by Sapience or Celestrata. Who work more regular hours than the server monkeys, so it's normally a couple of hours into the downtime before they get posted to the forums, as the downtime starts way early in order to minimise disruption/allow maximum time to fix anything unforseen.
I think Sapience starts before 9am on patch days, so they might be up soon. What Turbine say and what they do, regarding patch notes, is honest. They say that the notes will be posted during the downtime, so technically they don't have to post them until they're about to bring the server up.
What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul. <Generally OP

Fair enough, but there's the law and there's spirit of the law. It's fair to say that their spirit is (ahem) a little lacking. Patch notes had to be ready last night. That a post hasn't appeared...
Eh, well...more screaming into the wind here. Turbine is poorly managed and blah, blah, blah...they'll appear when they appear, but I guess I let myself believe things would be different today.

If I could give you rep for this, I would. But my allowance is up for the day. Go figure, eh?
The meaning of during:
throughout the duration, continuance, or existence of: He lived in Florida during the winter.
at some time or point in the course of: They departed during the night.

You can say what you want, but they said DURING and that can be 10 minutes before 4 hours expire.
There's nothing wrong with that deed. You just have to read carefully before pressing continue.
Except when the Ranger never offers the trap quest even though you got stuck in one and had to stand still for 1 minute, and you didn't want to run around that same area for the rest of your life, so you went on, thinking that maybe there are no more quests.

Or like me, you think that some other guy gives that last quest for the deed.

Note: letter of the law versus spirit of the law. It is fair to say during technically means while the update is happening, which could be the final few minutes, but, then in the last case, the update had finished and the game went live before the post. Though it had been scheduled - and usually is - for 4 hours, it didn't take that long and the release beat the thread. Is that during? No, not technically. Similarly, the update may take longer, but the post coming up for the DURATION is more of what is implied. Otherwise, it would have been more informative to say the patch notes will be available at some time between 6 and 10 am.
