    Account hasn't upgraded to Premium after buying from cash shop.

    So, yeah. I bought a bunch of stuff from the store (a quest pack, both the class unlocks, Riding and a bag) and my account is still marked as free (as I noticed when I tried to auction some ingots I can't use). Help?

    Just to make sure, did you buy the items with points you earned in-game, or did you pay real money for the Turbine Points? It is not the act of purchasing from the Store that makes an account Premium, it is spending real money on something.

    It could just be that there's a delay with accounts updating. Give it 24-48 hours and if there's still no change, call up account support and find out the problem.

    Wait one day. There's a short delay before Turbine processes it. If that doesn't work, call or file a ticket with Account Support. Instructions can be found in the knowledge base or Account Support forum. If calling the US is expensive for you, use Skype.

    Hy! Sorry for using this thread. I also purchased TP with real money, using my moneybookers accounts. It's been two days now and I'm still marked as Free Account. Is there any email I could send with my problem? I'm from EU.

    not sure if it still bugs out when first visiting the site but if you recieve an error insted of the submit a ticket form visit

    first. then try the link again or manualy browse to support centre > submit a ticket
    makesure you select LOTRO Account\Store support
