My country is not listed and i keep getting the 30005 error every single time i try to upgrade my account to VIP, what are the steps to follow in order to suscribe? I live in Costa Rica.

It is my understanding the 30005 error means that there is a mismatch between the billing address on your card and the location of the PC you are using. I have no idea what database Turbine is using to convert the IP address to a location but it is not very accurate.

Your choices are:
1) Call them on the telephone using your nickel when they are open. Since you are not in the USA. You will need to enter whatever the international gateway access code is for Cosa Rica. Followed the country code for the USA which is 1. Followed by (781)-407-4020
2) Or you can put in an email ticket via the support portal.
