Agility, Miss Chance and CombatAnalysis LUA Plugin
I decided to run three separate test group, doing Forges of Isengard three times each for each test group. These tests were all done on my Guardian in Overpower. The results of Agility having a relationship to Miss Chance is definitely true. When plotted out the relationship forms a Linear graph. Enjoy the numbers, paying particular attention to the Agility and Miss Chance. The CombatAnalysis time is only for active combat, it does not track out of combat, as such I ended up spending a few hours working on this for everyone to benefit from.

In terms of BPEs that the enemy made? Because that would be related to my Finesse rating.
Or in terms of BPEs that I made against the enemy? I forgot to record that for Test 1 but here are the numbers for Test 2 and 3.
[ Test 1 ]
My Parry Rating: 9.4%
My Evade Rating: 2.2%
[ Test 2 ]
My Parry Rating: 10.7%
My Evade Rating: 5.4%
Actual Parries by me: 10.3% (119)
Actual Evades by me: 10.9% (125)
[ Test 3 ]
My Parry Rating: 11.4%
My Evade Rating: 7.3%
Actual Parries by me: 16.8% (219)
Actual Evades by me: 15.3% (200)
There were no Block events because I was in Overpower. Also note that I was using Guardian's Ward a lot which also buffs up my defences a little. As well as Guardian's Pledge since I was rounding up mobs. That may have been why I left my Parries and Evades out since Guardian's Pledge would obviously skew those figures.
The other thing to note is that I wasn't fighting 1v1 or small groups, I would do each instance by;
1. Rounding up all of the Orcs and AoE kill them with Pledge.
2. Rounding up all of the Uruks and AoE kill them Pledge.
3. Rounding up all of the Pale-folk and AoE kill them with Pledge.
The Test 3 results for Damage Taken are somewhat decieving because I had some bad run-ins with the timed poison that stuns you, and since I was rounding up all of the Pale-folk on the entire floor sometimes that resulted in some unfortunate stuns that I could not break out of and I took a lot of damage in those cases. Otherwise for Test 3 if I didn't have to worry about the timed poison stuns I would say that my survivablity was good if I didn't get hit, but because my Vitality is lower (which lowers my mitigations), while I don't get hit as often when I do I felt as though I was squishier in that perspective.
If I were to redo these tests doing 1v1 or small groups I'm confident that in terms of Damage Taken that Test 3 would be the lowest. For me I wasn't entirely comfortable running my Agility that high for my current build as I sacrified my Might, Vitality, Mitigations and Morale. Once I get my Orthanc Raid Set #3 gear I will naturally have high Might and Agility, having to then increase my Vitality and Morale using Jewellery.
For tanking I'd like to have my Agility between 600-650, and hopefully have my Might 800-900, with Morale resting at around 12k.
For Overpower I'd like to have my Agility between 700-750, my Might around 1400-1500, with my Morale resting at around 10k.
There are so many Isengard builds and so much constant tweaking that there are all kinds of builds out there.

Re: Agility, Miss Chance and CombatAnalysis LUA Plugin
I saw in a Guardian thread that you created a forumla to estimate the hit chance based on agility, but for the life of me I cannot find it (literally spent 20m looking for it). Do you have either the formula or thread handy by chance?
Thanks in advance!
edit: n/m, found it

Thanks for your testing and +rep
The real problem for me however arises when fighting real bosses, as these usually have a higher level than ourselves; and how much influence agility has on missing on these.
