Guys whats better 20 agility rune or 550 physical mastery rune on legendary weapon ?

20 agility = 200 physical mastery.
550 is much better.

Agility gives more then physical mastery.
20 agility = 200 physical mastery + 35 critical rating + 40 parry rating + 80 evade rating
So which rune you should pick depends on your situation. In most cases 550 physical mastery will be better.

He's referring to the crafted relic, so that also comes with 550 crit IIRC. That means that all agility has over the crafted relic is the 40 parry and 80 evade.
