    dragon-helm recipe

    I cant buy the recipe to make it. I've mastered every tier including guild but it says that i miss the requirement of supreme metalsmith mastery. Am i missing something? is it bugged? I asked a kinnie and he had the same.

    Yes, it's bugged. It was supposed to be fixed in a recent update, but obviously that didn't work. There are no workarounds that I know of, unfortunately.
