It was stated in an article that Saruman drops a symbol of the elder king in challange mode, 100% of the time

Saruman challange mode is that noone can die during the fight.

People have twisted this to mean that if you do challange mode on any boss, and noone dies, you will get a symbol 100%. This is just not true.

Pretty sure its Saruman on T2 ONLY.

Some kin on our Server get it in t1... seems to be rar in t1.

We got a broken cloak clasp in T1. The jeweller can convert it with a green garnet into the repaired cloak clasp.

We had a cloak clasp from Saruman T1 so I can confirm that.

i talked about the cloak clasp.

Itemization and loot drop rates in this game confuse me. The clasp can drop from T1? Yeesh. That's roughly the equivalent of Baingrist dropping from T1 Gortheron.

And yet people still complain about how hard it is to get gear in this game

They make up their own rules with itemization. I made a heavy shield with a recipe from T1 orthanc (it had 2 light 2 warden 2 heavy outputs) that is significantly better than any of the T2 or T2CM heavy shield drops that have been listed.

Personally I hate the T1/T2 dichotomy (especially T2 trash). T1 is generally too easy, but T2 tends to be frustrating (especially the trash)

I think the crafted teal items should be included in the lootlist..

means: the 2-3 different crits + the recipe (if you got it new, if not, just post the crits).

The recipe name was "Combat Shield Recipe".

Didn't take screenshots of the other outputs, the minstrels on the raid didn't care for either of the the light shields (since they had draigoch or helegrod shields already). Warden shields nobody at all cares about, and the other heavy shield basically trades 1056 block and 67 might for 656 inc heal and ~100 icpr.

Another 3/6 man recipe.

I'd love to see more of the recipes from t2 runs. There is a pocket scholar crafted item with a few different outputs that I'm dying to see :3

These are all 3/6 man drops (Vermillion Scroll Case)
No image of the recipes themselves because I've already scribed them (only had the heavy helm recipe because of getting multiples)
Also missing the Curved Dagger(s) because I've failed to crit on it for my burglar THREE FREAKIN TIMES.

As far as I can tell there's one recipe per profession from those cases, although I haven't seen any cook recipe.

BTW @anteaterz, there's another scholar pocket item recipe that drops from Draigoch. I didn't get it but one of my friends got the melee friendly output from it that I'll try to get a shot of (the other one was kind of terrible, something like fate, icmr and evade) We also got a tailor chestpiece recipe from Draigoch, similar to the one below in that it had 2 med and 2 light outputs. Only thing I remember is that one of the light chests had +3% tactical crit multiplier on it.

Tome of Maneuvers Recipe (scholar)

Great Bow Recipe (woodworker)

Wayfarer's Helm Recipe (tailor)
Note: medium and light outputs are all from the same recipe.

Gotta check if i have some recipes on my chars, we had a very nice minstrel braclet from Orthanc T1, guess i'll post it, although i dont have a screen of the other bracelet.

Most of those items are from Skirmishes/Helegrod/Draigoch, which is not what this thread is for (except the new draigoch recipes I suppose)

haha, ya i know that. my 4th dagger finally crited :P

I removed the 3/6man T1 loot, since they all pretty bad and i guess noone cares about them (even I dont care about them ^^) and i dont wanna keep an uncompleted part in the lootlist.
You dont have to scroll that much now :P
