I failed at taking the screenie of anything. Loot was 1 Imbued Sigil of Orthanc for everyone out of chest. Pocket Item, Wrist piece, Worn Symbol of Celebrimbor, 2 Tier 5 Relics(I think), and an 87k IXP rune.

Will get screenies of the teal pocket and wrist item sometime later as it's time to go to bed now.

CWH didn't get a symbol. Got some teal caster(light armor) boots that looked kinda meh, and a heavy shield that was pretty nice.

Grats to Bonfire - Several of you have run Draigoch and other content with us in the past, always been a pleasure. Good to see another raiding group coming together on RM.

Loot from Acid. Same boots dropped in both Acid and Lightning T1.

So far the T1 loot is very 'meh'. Expected to not be as good as T2, but I figured it would at least be on par with skirmish raid gear...so far it's much worse.

We did get a 2nd age symbol last night as well.

Thanks to Maddonius for jumping in last minute for the boss - one of the better LM's on the server I've ran content with.

Completed Acid Wing then Fire and Frost tonight on T1 with 11 people. Only took 1h 45m total for both wings and that's with looting and afk time and about 4 wipes in total. Kind of ridiculous how much of a joke both wings seemed like at tier 1 compared to Lightning which we tried first... but all in all was nice to see a new raid fight and seemed pretty cool overall even though they were easy on tier 1.

so far the faster ones killing all bosses to saruman in Riddermark server were Keepers of palantiri.

I'm speaking with someone from the Palantri raids, but they don't claim to have finished that fight. Certainly not on /live at least.; I'll certainly update this thread if I hear something else from one of their leaders.

Forgot to put up a screenshot last night of Shadow wing. Was so tired because the kin dragged me through and forced me to raid! Did Draigoch and first 4 wings of Orthanc last night. First time we had enough time to give Shadow a shot.

It's really hard to say which wing is easier on T1. All I know is Saruman is definitely the most complex and least disappointing. I'd rate them from hardest to easiest like this. Saruman/Lightning/Acid/Fire+Frost/Shadow.

PUG group completed Lightning wing at 11:13 servertime

Had do guess on Amaner's name, can't tell if the "n" is really a "n" or some other letter in the picture, sorry if I spelled it wrong.

Most of us did not complete the trash at the start, a lot left before killing the boss. I was not the original leader of the raid, I only became leader during the boss fight. I don't know who the original leader was, but thanks for starting and leading the raid, sorry you couldn't finish it.

Have another picture that's clear that that is the room with the boss and the chest is available to open if you need that.

Congrats on completing Sarumans Wing y'all! Glad i had a chance to attempt it w/ you a little while back, it was fun despite not completing it. So whats the trick to surviving the first couple seconds of the phase where about 100 sarumen show up and start punting you (phase 6 i think)?

Phase 8 is the hardest when Sauron riding a killdozer driven by 9 Fell-Steeds appears.

I'll admit I'm asking for documentation given how publicized and heated issues surrounding this fight are.

well i trust they did it in phase 5...and one of them might have a ss...but does it really matter in the end...

saruman t1 is a really easy fight if you take the time to learn to do it the right way like Bonfire did...its alrdy being pugged on the bigger servers so i wouldnt doubt it...

as for CoM...we alrdy beat it all on t1...having done the 4 wings before saruman the week before christmas...and just recently getting saruman on t1 sunday night doing it in 5 phases...i was not at the raid but i logged in vent 15 minutes before they killed it

we are tho just taking the raid at our own pace...we dont care for server firsts or anything but will be starting on t2 now when it resets

Our main tank actually fraps'd the entire fight, so there's that . We had phases 1-4 locked down -- and phase 5 figured out, in theory -- before the holidays, when many of my scumbag kinnies decided that time spent with friends and family was more important than Saruman. I'm not sure about the status of the editing/rendering of said video, but I'm sure something will be posted here, or on our site, shortly.

Thanks. Really, its just nice to have some hard evidence which will hopefully put arguments to rest.

Shows the tail end of phase 4, and all of phase 5 & 6. Cut out the loading screen to save time and censored my friends list because I felt like it. The date in the credits is wrong...I noticed that after spending 2 hours rendering it, wasn't gonna waste another 2 hours to fix one number.

2 things. 1.Thanks for putting up the video to help lay aside any challenges that you didn't do the entire fight. 2. Just a minor suggestion on the video, your video cuts to black at 16:24. You've rendered a bunch of black at the end of that.. about a minutes worth. Cut it when you make your final render .

And hey, you even left your chat up I'd probably have censored it. You ran out of healing pots and still did it! Great job.

Well since you asked, I managed to grab a couple of screenies from our kill on 1/8, so I'll post them for the hell of it. You can see his FUBAR ring on the event tracker in the first one, followed a couple of seconds later by his "Doh!" moment. A great one-shot on only our 3rd visit ever to phase 5.

Pro tip: don't give rings to people with dodgy internet connections or PC's, it means a complete reset if they go link-dead.

Grats to everyone who has completed Orthanc T1! Now it's a race for T2. CWH hasn't tried a wing yet. We will start after the reset. I hear the trash pulls should have loot chest rewards after them. So, the grind begins.

Just a quick post to acknowledge there's been a pug Lightning completion led by Eoand, and that I led a Pug shadow to victory early this morning.

Also led Fire and Ice and Acid Pug groups to victory this lock-cycle.

Unfortunately, my documentation of who all showed up and the screenshots is on my currently disabled desktop. But rest assured. I'll get it up eventually!
