Hey guys! I'd like to propose a get-together at the Willard's Tap house in Largo, FL. This will accommodate well for all the Tampa Bay folks. I'd like to shoot for an upcoming Saturday, either Feb 18th or 25th. Hopefully this will give us enough time to plan ahead and get the word out. Send me a PM to let me know you are interested and we will confirm the time and place as we get closer to the 18th!

OMG I can't believe you live in FL. My husband and I live in a rural area of the state, and whenever he goes outside at night I, being paranoid, tell him 'be careful'. Now originally I was talking about being careful of things like bobcats or bears or snakes or what have you, but one night I deadpanned and said "There could be wargs out there!" "Watch out for creeps!" has now become a running joke. Now I know I am not paranoid because it could totally be true! LOL

Nope. Born and raised (actually Homestead, but worked and spent most of my time in Miami). Until I moved to Tally then even more north.

Was born and raised in New smyrna, just south of daytona, lived there til 06 when wife suckered me into moving here to Hot, Humid Mississippi. I miss the space coast!

Central Florida here. North of Orlando between Sanford and Mt. Dora

And all of you who live in the state should visit Central Florida's largest State Park to see the Real Florida (just bring your bug spray, bear spray, bobcat spray and snake spray..lol)

Just moved back to Orlando from Titusville, I miss the Space Coast as well though it isn't the same with the shuttle program gone.

Spent 2 years in Brandon, teaching in South Tampa and attending church in Ruskin. Then moved over to Davenport/ Haines City (west side of Disney) for 5 years. Got to work for the mouse as a photographer during that time- one of my favorite jobs I've ever had. I'm up in the Ozarks now.

I am a new player. I live in Delray Beach, Palm Beach County. I usually play during day time. I am on the Arkenstone Server. My toon is a Level 21 Guardian named Tarkans.

I am from the Ft. Lauderdale area (Hollywood to be exact) but now reside in Port Richey just north of Tampa.

Central Florida here, suprised to see how many people live near me lol.

Not a single person here from my area, it seems. ^.^ Just an hour and a bit away from Panama City Beach.

I've lived in Sarasota, went to high school there for a couple years and went through major culture shock from going from an extremely rural farming community to that huge area. We actually lived on Siesta Key for awhile, I liked that, it was just the size of the place I hated. So, I moved back to the NW FL area my junior year of high school. Got married and moved to an even smaller town, Graceville, which used to be home to the world's largest peanut mill. :P

I've made it to Florida for a long visit and it would be fun to meet some LOTRO players. Anyone not too far from the Fort Myers area who would be interested in a get-together? I am here until early August.

It seems there aren't many SW Floridians posting here, but I have some friends in Fort Myers/Lehigh who play on the same server as you (Meneldor)... I'm in the Cape and play on Imladris. :-)
