Is there a quest so I can start leveling Grand Master proficiency? I see the call for precious things IV in the lorebook and it is the Master Artisan quest. Am I missing something?
Is there a Supreme Master quest as well when I get there?
The only quest that locks progress in crafting currently is the quest to unlock access to Artisan Proficency and Expert Mastery, along with use of Superior facilities.
Make sure you've finished everything before the point you're trying to work on, and if still doesn't work, /bug it.
